The Washington Aviation Group represents the needs and interests of the aviation industry.

Most of our cases involve aviation law, antitrust law, commercial transaction law, hazardous materials transportation law, and/or intellectual property law. We sometimes represent non-aviation clients where we feel that our special expertise can benefit the non-aviation client. Most of our non-aviation clients have needed assistance in the area of hazardous materials compliance and enforcement.
