DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: 
Be responsible to the Department Managers for the procurement of parts/materials and the proper documentation of work order folders.  Given the responsibility and authority to perform assigned duties..


REQUIREMENTS: 
Utilize proper resources necessary to procure parts/materials based on unit teardown/teardown findings. May be tasked to read technical manuals/diagrams and schematics, etc.  Must be able to support the business unit to achieve expected outcome.

5 + years experience as a buyer of parts and materials. Be self motivated with little or no supervision and complete assignments. Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and have good oral and written communication skills. Computer literate with knowledge of M/S Word/Excel and/or Quantum helpful. Detail oriented with a talent to be a problem solver and affect change as needed. 


Senior Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: 
Provide the leadership required to develop operations discipline and accountability with a team of front-line supervisors and employees in order to drive increasing levels of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee commitment.

REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelors Degree (Engineering/Business/Ops) or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years leadership experience in repair station environment. Experience with lean environment. Proficient computer skills.

Senior Material Planner/Scheduler

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Develop production schedules, both short term and long term to meet contract requirements. Review inventory of raw materials against present & anticipated sales orders.  Activate reorder points where judgment determines and anticipated shortfall. Coordinate efforts of purchasing, production, and operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong ERP background. Minimum of 5 years experience.  Strong Microsoft Office Skills in WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and communication skills. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This highly visible position will provide critical administrative support for senior level executive.  Works under limited supervision with general instructions given on new assignments.  Viewed as key functional resource to other functions within the company and provides general administrative support as well as more complex project support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Skills, Experience, etc.): Performs general administrative duties for executive that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, dictation, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel and major functional meetings, preparing and/or sorting mail. Completes project work as required, including development of presentations and training record management. Acts as a conduit of communication to and from Sr. Leadership. Contacts are frequent within and outside the organization and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive/confidential nature. Answers complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up. Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner; provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information. Confidential information typically consists of company/division or personnel sensitive information. Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects; identifies future needs to complete projects Translates thoughts into documents letters/memos/presentations, etc.) using existing material; ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling; makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.
